Menopause Conversations
Menopause is more than a biological transition. For many women, it is a significant life stage that can bring changes to physical health, emotional wellbeing, identity, relationships and work. While the world often expects women to carry on as usual, this transition can raise questions about energy, confidence, purpose and how you want to move forward.
My aim is to help women better understand peri-menopause and menopause while providing support that considers the whole person. Alongside navigating symptoms and treatment choices, I create space for women to explore the physical, emotional and personal changes that often accompany this transition.
At Woman in Blume, I see menopause as one of life's significant transitions. While every woman's experience is unique, this stage can also be an opportunity for reflection, self-discovery and renewed purpose.
Whether you're beginning to notice changes or have been navigating menopause for some time, you don't have to do it alone. Through conversation, coaching and supportive learning spaces, I can help you move through this transition with greater understanding, confidence and self-compassion.
